Software Patch Management – Fully automated security patch management services. We will generate alerts based on disk usage, network throughput, processor utilization, windows event logs, router interfaces, temperature, humidity and even more customizable events. When an event does occur we can send an alert via email ,pager or start call ticket and ensure that the issue gets resolved quickly and efficiently, often before our users have had an impact in productivity.
Software Deployment – Full software installations, upgrades and patches can be deployed in a matter of minutes to hundreds of desktops spanning a region or an entire province. Once tested and approved for distribution a software application can be installed with customized settings to a specific work group, user, site, or the entire
organization with the ease of a few mouse clicks. This also enables simplified tracking of software licenses and without the requirement to do installations locally or worse yet lose your software to theft.
Our Service Centre
We maintain two service centres in Northern BC. One is located in Fort St. John and the other in Fort Nelson. We offer repairs to PC’s, Servers, monitors, printers and networking equipment. Our service centres are stocked with the products you need to get running again or improve the performance of your systems. Ram upgrades, hard drive installations, operating system adjustments, virus removal and optical drive

We maintain a fleet of service vehicles complete with 4x4 capabilities and an acute understanding of the unique service requirements that present themselves in the North.

You can connect to our secure internet server and schedule call tickets, request status updates and research historical calls all from your local workstation. This provides you, our client with an integrated too to remain active in the management of your IT systems while ensuring that call’s are handled in an efficient manner.
